Who we share it with
We only share what's needed, with trusted providers who must keep it secure:
- Service providers: Google Workspace (email and file storage), Formspree (the website enquiry form), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), Netlify (website hosting), and our accounting, banking and client-management software.
- Suppliers and trades: on your project, we may give delivery addresses and site contact details to suppliers, fitters and contractors.
- Professional advisers: our accountant, insurers and legal advisers, where needed.
- Authorities: HMRC or others, if the law requires it.
Some of these providers (for example Google, Meta, Formspree and Netlify) may process data outside the UK, including in the USA. Where they do, they use legal safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Client and project records, including invoices: 6 years after the project ends, as required for tax and accounting.
- Portfolio photographs: for as long as we use them. You can ask us to remove photos of your property at any time.
- Marketing contact list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
